The Highest sale was $760,000 and 10 home buyers paid over 600K for their new home in Fire Mountain.

Also we are seeing less bank owned sales but three times more short sales in Fire Mountain in 2011, up 316% from 2010.

The Average Sales price is up 2.1%

Homes stay longer on the market caused by all the Short Sales which usually take at least 90 days to sell, but can take up
to 1 year.
