INDRA GROUP 2015 Client Appreciation Holiday Party

WARM AND FUZZY HOLIDAY CHEER  By Melia Indra 
On December 4th The INDRA Real Estate Group hosted a client appreciation holiday party for their past, current and future clients. Over forty people attended between 5-7 p.m. that night before heading over to The INN or Mille Fleurs for an after party. The room was decorated with holiday lights, a tree, and festive table settings.

I was overjoyed to see my past clients walk through our door! Some of them I haven't seen in years. We often keep in touch per email or a text message, but to actually spend some time with those clients who we haven't hung out with, was such a treat! Oliver felt the same way, and we immediately started making plans to get together again and stay connected.

Chef Judy Adler catered tasty small bites, such as Swedish Meatballs, bake brie with fresh fig jam, and baguette with sautéed mushrooms. We served a traditional hot Mulled Wine which everyone loved. Oliver, being from Liechtenstein has some german based traditions, and Gluehvine (Hot Mulled Wine) is a big thing during Christmastime parties. So it was great to incorporate some of his traditions into this party too.

Bank Owned Homes in Rancho Santa Fe

The spring season has brought in some new inventory, included much anticipated REOs in the Rancho Santa Fe area. Currently there are five available Rancho Santa Fe banked owned homes listed on the market for sale. Prices range from $1,999,900 for a seven bedroom home in the community of Rancho La Cima, a beautiful REO in desirable Fairbanks Ranch listed at a low price of $2,100,000 - which is on the lower price range for this community. The highest priced REO home is listed for $8,250,000 a five bedroom home near Solana Sante Fe elementary school. This area can be a little congested at times.

Homes stay longer on the market caused by all the Short Sales which usually take at least 90 days to sell, but can take up
