Currently there are five available Rancho Santa Fe banked owned homes listed on the market for sale. Prices range from $1,999,900 for a seven bedroom home in the community of Rancho La Cima, a beautiful REO in desirable Fairbanks Ranch listed at a low price of $2,100,000 - which is on the lower price range for this community. The highest priced REO home is listed for $8,250,000 a five bedroom home near Solana Sante Fe elementary school. This area can be a little congested at times.
